Red, Near Infared LED Light Panel

In the Center of most life is water and sunlight. This is true for most plants and animals including humans.

Lodged within our skin are light receptors, ever ready to absorb different light spectrums. Blue light in early morning is crucial to help us wake up, make melatonin for us to use when we are ready to go to sleep when its dark, and to help with our mood and depression. Red light has its action more on the skin surface to help with skin blemishes and inflammation. Near infrared lights in the spectrum of 830 to 870 nm exert is action deeper into the muscles and joints to help with inflammation, and recovery after exertion.

Presently, a most exciting area of research is showing how near infrared light panel placed topically over the forehead for 15 to 20 minutes every morning is reversing brain inflammation and decreasing disease symptoms in Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s patients!!  

This is one of the main vehicle I rely on to help manage my muscular skeletal balance. Quite frankly I do not know how any senior person who Is drawn to nature, dancing, mushroom foraging (hopping over the fallen logs on the ground, examining every nook and cranny) could possibly manage without the light panels.
