You are what you eat.  Diet is fundamental to a person’s health. 

There has been amazing progress made in the area of food science in recent years. Although a complicated science, it is however possible for anyone to land on an ideal diet with the help of the research scientists as well as one’s determination through trials and error. 

In general, in the presence of any chronic conditions, taking gluten/wheat out of the diet is recommended. Buying produce and fruits from local farmer market is advisable in cases of non- pesticides , herbicides use. Buying certified organic that is non- gmo, gluten free is optimum.When it comes to oil,Incorporating only healthy fats (olive  oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, butter, ghee, MCT oil ) in the diet is recommended. I try to keep grains to a minimum. 

I practice  daily restricted eating window at 9 AM and 5 PM. My diet consists of primarily keto genic diet with consuming more fruits in the summer months.
